Governor Ducey order re: Nike

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

- Any memoranda to or from from Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey's office regarding financial incentives to Nike issued between June 30 and July 2.

On July 2, Ducey tweeted that he had "ordered the Arizona Commerce Authority to withdraw all financial incentive dollars under their discretion that the State was providing for the company to locate here" https://twitter.com/dougducey/status/1145981664956338176

I therefore request that order any other communications between the Arizona Commerce Authority and the governor's office regarding the order in the above-mentioned timeframe.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
