Please revise my request to include only those email communications with:
Governor Doug Ducey, Danny Seiden, or Gretchen Martinez.

The updated request would then read:
Copies of any email communications with Governor Doug Ducey, Danny Seiden, or Gretchen Martinez, from January 1, 2016 to the present including the words: "BDS", or "HB 2617"

Thank you for your time and helpful response.

From: Russel Neiss

Dear Ms. King,

A.R.S. § 39-121.01(D)(1), clearly allows the charging of a fee to cover the costs of hard copies of records to be mailed or for those being requested for non-commercial purposes, however the State's Attny General has issued an opinion stating that "If, for whatever reason, the public body must make a copy of a public record to properly provide the record to the requesting party for inspection, then charging a copying fee is not appropriate." See: https://www.azag.gov/sgo-opinions/charging-copying-fees-under-arizonas-public-records-law

In this case, as these email records are not otherwise publicly available, and there is no postage fee, and these are being used for non-commercial use I respectfully request that you waive the fees.

Thank you for your time,
Russel Neiss
