Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all files you hold on Charles C. Morgan.
Tucson escrow agent Charles C. Morgan's body was found lying near his new Mercury Cougar 40 miles west of Tucson 11 days after he disappeared on March 22, 1977.
Morgon's death sparked rumours he was involved with or investigating massive amounts of money laundering.

Please also note that our retention for records at DPS is only 25 years, so if we did have any records for this, they are more than likely already purged since this happened in 1977.
