Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:
The most recent report submitted by the Arizona Department of Corrections to the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives detailing "special services fund transactions relating to the inmate telephone system and the telephonic victim notification system" in accordance with A.R.S. ยง41-1604.03, which states:
"C. On or before August 1 of each year, the department shall submit to the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives a report that contains a full and complete account of special services fund transactions relating to the inmate telephone system and the telephonic victim notification system for the preceding fiscal year."
