Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:
All contracts (and their amendments) and memorandums of understanding entered into by the State of Arizona for services and activities related to the Eloy Detention Center
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Ms. Lipton,
We have previously responded to you, by email and letter, multiple times, explaining that the Office of Governor of the State of Arizona does not have any documents responsive to your public records request.
We also stated that we forwarded your request to the Arizona Department of Corrections.
In preparing for our response to your email received today, we learned that the Arizona Department of Corrections responded to your request on March 12, 2015 (see below). While we are available to discuss this with you and entertain future requests, we consider your request closed.
