As I am sure you are aware, former Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court, Ruth McGregor, has completed her review of the Goegan/Cengage matter, and determined that nothing unethical took place. For her full report, please see: https://provost.asu.edu/rebutting-series-false-claims
I mention the Justice’s report because many of the documents you have asked for (which are included below) also did appear as exhibits to her report. You might be interested in the context she puts them in.
Additionally, you will see in news reports that Mr. Goegan ended up acknowledging he was wrong about some of the accusations he made. Since the documents you requested were written before Mr. Goegan’s realization of this, that context is important as you are reviewing the records.
