Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:
The following Arizona Department of Corrections policies related to Inmate Behavior Control:
• 804.04 (Use of Force)
• 804.05 (Planned Use of Force)
• 804.06 (Firearms and Other Weapons)
• 804.07 (Use of Firearms - Review and Investigations)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
