In addition, please provide copies of the entire investigatory file, including findings, into Southwest Key Program, Inc. undertaken by the Arizona Department of Health Services in response to reports of child abuse from January 1, 2017 up until the present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

SW Key Intent to Revoke letter

Good morning, Hassan --
My office is working on fulfilling portions 4-5 of your request. For
portion 5, we are trying to determine if all the communication is in the
files or if we'll need to run an email search. If we run an email search,
it could take weeks or more because of the need to search multiple people's
email boxes for keywords and then review whatever is pulled for relevancy,
privilege and confidential information. Additionally, we will need to know
what timeframe to run the search for. Please let us know what timeframe you
are interested in in case an email search is necessary, keeping in mind
that the longer the timeframe, the longer the email search and review will
take. If you have any questions, please feel free to follow up with Melissa
or myself.
