Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) The names of agencies and organizations with which the Agency shares ALPR data;
2) The names of agencies and organizations from which the Agency receives ALPR data;
3) The names of agencies and organizations with which the Agency shares “hot list” information;
4) The names of agencies and organizations from which the Agency receives “hot list” information;
This information is easily available within the Agency’s LEARN system. The simplest way to extract this data is to generate an “Agency Data Sharing Report” PDF file from within LEARN. To do this, a user may simply go to the “Sharing” section of LEARN and select “Output Report.” A CSV/XLS file containing these records would also satisfy this request.

This information is easily available within the Agency’s LEARN system. The simplest way to extract this data is to generate a “Dashboard Hit Ratio Report” PDF file from within LEARN. We would prefer the data for each year to be provided separately.

Your acknowledgment of this public records request copied below, was received in the mail at the MuckRock offices. Your letter is confusing for a couple of reasons. For one thing, you say that in order to process the request you need the full name of the individual to whom the records will be sent.
The requester signed the original request with his full name (Dave Maass), so you can see why I found this statement confusing. Secondly, you say in the letter that you need a valid address. The letter you sent made it to us, so it seems to me you're in possession of a valid mailing address, but I'll include it in this email just to ensure you have the correct address.
Finally, you say that you attempted to respond to the request numerous times, but the email kept bouncing back. If you're still unable to respond to this email address, please send future correspondence and/or documents to info@muckrock.com. You also mentioned that there are likely to be fees charged to cover the costs of processing this request, which is perfectly fine. Most agencies charge some kind of fee.
