Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to Antioch contract with Accela to purchase Accela permitting software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I received the attached fax requesting documents related to Antioch contract with Accela. We don't have any contracts with Antioch, Ca. We had 2 contracts with Accela, both not active. They are available on our website for public view. I have included links to both contracts for your convenience. If there is something else you are requesting, please be more clear so I can search your request.

Thank you. Are these the most recent contracts for permitting software? Have you used any other vendors since? I assumed that you may have since the contracts with Accela are no longer active.

Justine, as I indicated, there is no current contract with Accela. Two days later you sent another request for Cityworks, that information I also sent you. The Cityworks replaced the Accela. I have no other information to provide. All of our contracts are on our website for public view. You can search www.cityofvista.com<http://www.cityofvista.com>, go to records and you can search on your own at your convenience. All of our agenda’s, minutes, contracts, recorded documents, council meetings and more are available for the public.
