Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:
Any body camera footage taken from the Standing Rock protests. The date range for this request would be 10/1/16 to 12/20/16.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

We have received your request dated March 7, 2017 requesting body camera footage taken from the Standing Rock protests during the dates of October 1, 2016 - December 20, 2016.
For your information, we do not have body cameras and therefore do not have any body camera footage.
