Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

-Transcripts, documents, logs pertaining to communication between Anne Arundel DPW/Utilities and Reliable Contracting Company Inc. concerning the damaged sewer line on Mann Rd. (February 2019-June 2, 2019). This includes documents pertaining to contracted work in the Drum point Rd. Area.

-Transcripts, documents, logs pertaining to contracts and communications between DPW/Utilities and Water Works (contractor) regarding a manhole (MH11218) located on a defunct postal road next to 609 park pl. Deale, MD.

-Call logs, documents, transcripts pertaining to communications between DPW (222-7500, 222-8400, 222-8402, 222-4557) and (410)-507-8203, (410)-271-9915, and (301)-775-0416. Calls occurred between February 2019 and June 3, 2019.

-Communications and/or documents regarding initial emergency responder (Jerry) and the clean-up crew(s) that followed in the the hours after 4:50PM (4/17/19).

-Records and/or documents from 2010 through the present (June 3, 2019) pertaining to DPW/Utilities protocols and procedures for intentional releases of sewage (treated and untreated) when lines, stations and storage are full during storms and other volume-increasing events.

-All Documents, statistics, and data pertaining to water quality in Rockhold and Parkers Creeks from 2000 through the present (June 3, 2019). [DNR added for this specific request]

-DPW documents, protocols and procedures for handling messages made to the Emergency Response line(s)(222-8400, 222-8402)

-Maps, logs, records, data and/or documents (volume reports, blockages, releases, etc) pertaining to sewage pump stations located on/around Drum Point Rd and Owings Beach Rd from February 1, 2019 - the present ( June 3, 2019).

-Records, documents, and/or data detailing volume input/output from the nearest sewage treatment plant/substation to 609 park pl. Deale, MD from February 1, 2019 - the present (June 3, 2019).

-Records and or documents pertaining to communications between DPW/Utilities and Sen. Sarah Elfreth’s office, County Executive Steuart Pittman’s office (likely point of contact: James Kitchin), and Jeff Holland of Arundel River Federation. Communications took place between late April 2019 and the present (June 3, 2019).

-Maps, charts, and/or documents pertaining to county sewage flow (direction, volume, upgrade schedule, etc) in the Deale area from 2015-the present (June 3, 2019).

-All alerts, emergencies, emergency reports (CSOs and SSOs) from Churchton, Deale and Shady Side areas from 2015- the present (June 3, 2019).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
