Current vacant building registrations (information collected through the form at this link: https://www.a2gov.org/departments/build-rent-inspect/building/Documents/Applications/updated%20Unoccupied_Building_Notification.pdf)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

If your email is intended for the Ann Arbor Planning Commission it will be included in the next available packet for distribution to the Planning Commission. If the email is received after the Friday before the Planning Commission meeting and before 12:00 noon the day of the Planning Commission, it will be printed and distributed at the meeting. All other communications will be forwarded to the Planning Commission in the next available packet.
If your email is a general inquiry regarding a general Planning issue such as a development project inquiry or informational request, a staff member will respond within 2 business days of receipt of the email.
All other emails will be forwarded to the appropriate department for action.
