It might help if you emailed the Clerks office with FOIA requests since we are the department that answers them. The below link is an easy way to fill out requests, and they come directly to us, versus customer service.

Thanks you so much for getting back to me. This 2012 article indicates that the City of Ann Arbor bough at least 1,250 RFID enabled trashcans: https://annarborchronicle.com/2012/12/03/more-trash-carts-for-ann-arbor/index.html
Is there no documentation or technical material about this purchased technology?
