Police report and coroner’s report on Tammy Lynette Robeson.
Subject passed away in Palestine Texas in October of 2015.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

A Public Information Request was submitted to your department March 26, 2018 and you sent a police report and partial autopsy. On the autopsy, page 1 it indicates that a comprehensive blood panel CBC was ordered however the results were not included. The lab in Tyler who conducted the autopsy and tests has advised they will not release information directly as they are not a government agency and immune to FOIA therefor I was directed back to you. My apologies for annoying you but the results of that test are essential in determining cause of death and are not included in what you sent. Thus could you please include those or request them from Forensic Medical Management Services in Tyler
