Anchorage PD communications with Alaska FBI re: cell site simulators

Pursuant to the Alaska Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All communications and correspondence with the FBI's Alaska field office regarding use of cell site simulators between January 1, 2005 and the date this request is processed, including but not limited to email correspondence with all attachments.

I am making this request in my capacity as a journalist who has covered cell site simulators extensively.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
