Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

On March 25, 2021, Kevin Riford requested the following records from the Amherst, New York Police Department: 1.) Police report, narrative and complaint regarding the November 4, 2019 incident in which Charles Durante, a Amherst, NY funeral director was found unconscious in the road way, whom later died. Subsequently, ruled a suicide by dri cav embalming fluid.
