This request is for information on former employee of SUNY, lawyer, William F. Howard.

This request is being made under the New York Foil Law

I would like the entire file on Howard, if that is not available I would like the following specific items:

1. Please provide any photos from his file.

2. Howard's Curriculum Vitae or resume

3.A complete list and address of all job applicants that applied for this job.

4. Any documents that would explain why Howard got the job over the other applicant's.

5. A copy of the advertisement that Howard responded to in obtaining the job at SUNY.

6. Any letters of commendation/references from Howard's alleged associate's from Maryland, Charles Richard Longo Sr., Gilbert Sapperstein, Mark Cary Sapperstein, Joseph Curran Jr., David B. Mitchell, Lynne Battaglia, Dale Kelberman.

7. A copy of any contracts Howard had with Washington State.

8. A copy of his salary record such as starting pay to final payment.

9. A copy of his last paycheck, Howard was alleged to be the highest paid New York State public employee.

10. A copy of his resignation letter.

12. A copy of any action by the board of trustees asking Howard to resign.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
