Thank you for replying back to our FOIL request,

We were notified that you denied to respond to our FOIL request on the basis that you do not have records that match our criteria.

We have a few follow-up questions:
1. Do you not have records that match our request because you do not keep records of missing people based on race or ethnicity?
2. Do you not have any records of missing Indigenous people at all?
3. Does your jurisdiction not keep records of missing peoples?
4. If you do not have any missing records of Indigenous peoples between 2000 through 2020, do you have any murder records of Indigenous peoples within this timeframe?

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in the matter.

Sincerely,

Urban Indigenous Collective
