In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The file consists of incident #'s for police related accident reports from 2009-2017 and 2019-2020. Electronic filing did not begin until 2009 (therefore no 2008 documents) and 2018 electronic documents were destroyed in a city-wide hack in early 2019.
