This request was answered in February.
As a reminder I have attached the response from the Deputy Commissioner of Public Safety below:
From: Lowden, Daniel W (DPS)
Ms. Lawendowski,
The below email was sent in February in response to your records request. The department has received follow up requests to your original request. If there are records you believe the Department of Public Safety has regarding incidents you may have been involved in, please provide further details.
Good Morning Ms. Lawendowski,
The Commissioners Office received your request for public records regarding yourself. In checking our system I only show one entry in the police information system. It shows that you were interviewed several years back in regards to a traffic accident. I won't have that case as it was handled by the Palmer Police Department.
If you feel there are other records or cases you might have been involved in you may need to contact the respective Police Department that handled it as many local departments do not enter their cases into our state system. And if there were any civil cases you would have to contact the respective court system as we do not handle civil cases.
I hope that helps a bit.
