Anchorage Correctional Complex Segregation Logs, January 1 - April 2015

Pursuant to the Alaska Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All relevant Segregation Logs from January 1, 2015 through the date this request is processed, as required by State of Alaska Department of Corrections Policies and Procedures #804.02 "Special Management Prisoners - Punitive Segregation" [http://www.correct.state.ak.us/pnp/pdf/804.02.pdf]

These materials are being gathered as part of a journalistic survey of segregation in prisons nationwide. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
