Dear Mr. Waltman,

This is the fourth of 4 emails sent today in response to your request.
Due to limits on the size of attachments that can be emailed, I have sent you responsive attachments in three other emails that I hope you have received today. There are no attachments in this email.
Please acknowledge receipt of the four emails sent to you earlier today by replying to this email; if you have not received them I will resend them.
As I mentioned in the first email, I am attempting to confirm whether or not we have any documents relating to your request for copies of contracts with Digital Receiver Technology. I will respond in a separate email when I have that confirmation. I hope to have the answer by April 21.

Dear Mr. Waltman,

This is the first of 4 emails sent today in response to your request.

Please excuse the delay in getting back to you. I have not yet been able to confirm whether the Office does, or does not have contracts with Digital Receiver Technology, but rather than keep you waiting I will provide the documents we have that are responsive to your other requests, and I will respond to you later on the DRT question.

The attached documents consist of the disclosable documents we have in connection with your requests for the following:

-Department policies and procedure regarding the use of IMSI catcher technology
-policies and procedures on the keeping of statistics about the Department's use and acquisition of IMSI catchers

Due to limits on the size of attachments that can be emailed, I will send additional information in a separate email.
Please note for future reference that our CCS policy is available on our website at this link: http://www.alcoda.org/files/DA_Stingray_Policy_Final_111715.pdf . We have not yet deployed our CSS technology and therefore do not yet have statistical reports of usage.

Dear Mr. Waltman,

I sent four separate emails to you yesterday, April 13, containing documents responsive to your request. At the time, I had not been able to determine whether we had any documents responsive to your request about Digital Receiver Technology. Your exact request was: "-Contracts with Digital Receiver Technology for any of their 'DRTbox' devices."
I can now confirm that we have no documents responsive to this request. We have no contract with Digital Receiver Technology; we have not purchased and do not possess any "DRTbox devices."

With this information, I believe we have fully responded to your request.

Best wishes,
