Dear Mr. Teel,

Alameda County has received and researched the Public Records Act request submitted by you to the Clerk of the Board on August 6, 2017, in which you seek:

All documents, records, and information, including without limitation agendas, records of deliberation, minutes of meetings, requests for quotes or proposals, emails, correspondence, memoranda, and other records, in connection with the Alameda County's decision, deliberations, or proposals to install or operate any automated traffic enforcement system, and the factors considered in determining whether or not to install or operate a system, within the local jurisdiction.

The County does not have any records responsive to your request. Alameda County has not installed, nor does it operate any automated traffic enforcement system within its jurisdiction. Our review of public records also did not reveal any instance in which an automated traffic enforcement system was proposed or considered by the County.

We thank you for your inquiry.

Sincerely,

Public Records
