Pursuant to the Alabama Public Records, I hereby request the following records:
Yearly unduplicated headcount data for all public higher education institutions in Alabama for academic year 2000-2001, AY 2001-2002, and AY 2002-2003
Yearly full time enrollment (FTE) data for all public higher education institutions in Alabama for all academic years from AY 2000-2001 through AY 2010-2011
Yearly full time enrollment data for Alabama Southern Community College, Faulkner State Community College, and Jefferson Davis Community College for AY 2017-2018, AY 2018-2019, AY 2019-2020, and AY 2020-2021.
Yearly full time enrollment data for Coastal Alabama State College for all academic years from AY 2011-2012 through AY 2016-17.
Yearly unduplicated headcount data for Jefferson Davis Community College for all academic years from AY 2000-2001 through AY 2019-2020.
Yearly unduplicated headcount data from Marion Military Institute for academic year 2003-2004 and 2004-2005.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have received your request, sent via MuckRock News, for certain public records. However, the records that you have requested all pertain to records that would be held by other institutions or organizations. The Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) is a state agency that focuses on K-12 education matters. Records pertaining to enrollment at higher education institutions would not be information that is collected or maintained as part of the ALSDE's ordinary course of business.
