Pursuant to the Alabama Public Records, I hereby request the following records:

I request copies of any report (including any supplemental report) submitted to the Commission on Higher Education pursuant to AL Code ยง 16-68-5 (2020). This request includes copies of reports submitted in 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022.

Copies of some of these reports have been posted here: https://ache.edu/Freedom_of_Speech.aspx.

I also request a copy of the May 19, 2021, letter from Jim Purcell, referenced here: https://ache.edu/ACHE_Reports/Misc/Free_Speech/AU.pdf.

This request is limited to records generated on or after January 1, 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
