Electronic Voting Systems Report (Alabama)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Alabama's Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

All materials related to or concerning the vote counting system certification and evaluation by an independent test authority, or successor entity.

I also request the committee's written report of their examination as mentioned below:

"For the purpose of assisting in examining such system, the committee may employ not more than three individuals who are expert in one or more fields of data processing, mechanical engineering, and public administration, who may or may not be state employees and shall require from them a written report of their examination."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
