Pursuant to Alabama's Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

A list of companies approved to receive (or companies that have received) any of the following grants going back as long as such records are kept:

— Alabama Industrial Access Road and Bridge Program
— Industrial Development Grant (2012 and after only)

The following information for each participating company listed:

— Name of company
— Date award approved
— Full address
— Value of incentive award
— Number of jobs or value of capital investment

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The request is made by Good Jobs First, a non-profit public interest research organization, via public information service MuckRock.com for non-commercial usage. In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.

I would prefer the request to be filled electronically in a spreadsheet format, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Alabama Industrial Access Road and Bridge Authority does not issue grants to companies. It approves requests for funds from counties and municipalities for proposed projects that improve access to companies, or prospective industries, in their locations.

A request for information about the State Industrial Development Authority must be addressed to the Alabama Department of Commerce.
