Any and all policies, procedures, fee schedules and related forms regarding the submission of public records requests to this office

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

We are in receipt of your most recent request for records. As stated previously, Alabama Code Section 36-12-40 provides that "[e]very citizen has a right to inspect and take a copy of any public writing of this state, except as otherwise expressly provided by statute." Based on the address in your email, you are not a resident of the State of Alabama and, therefore, are ineligible to submit a request under the applicable statute. I understand that you state you are a citizen of Alabama, but using MuckRock's services to manage your request. Please provide proof of that citizenship, as well as an Alabama address for any response to be mailed to.
