Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Information related to the current bulk fuel contracts (gasoline, diesel, etc.). Documents would include; RFP that was used for current contract, Bid tabulations, Award, amendments and estimated annual usage. If a fuel contract does not exist, please provide fuel purchasing procedures.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Anthony,
The Town of Addison currently enjoys an interlocal agreement with Tarrant County, Texas. Attached is the latest renewal for Tarrant County bid #2014-063.
Additionally, the Town of Addison uses approximately 65k gallons of unleaded and 18k gallons of diesel annually.
