Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Records sufficient to show the names, badge numbers, respective dates, and the type of time off of all police officers and/or employees who requested any personal time off, vacation days, personal days, furlough days, or any other time off for the dates of, on, or between Jan 3, 2021 and January 9, 2021 AS WELL AS requests made for time off for the dates of, on, or between Jan 17, 2021 and January 23, 2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This email will verify I have received your request for leave requests by any employee of the Adams County Sheriff's Office for the dates of January 3rd - 9th, 2021 as well as January 17th-23rd including identifying information for the employee requesting leave as well as the type of leave requested. I have made a request from our Civil Deputy, who handles our payroll, to provide me with the documents identifying that information as they come in to her. I expect to receive the first batch from her next week and I will forward them when I receive them. The second batch I expect by February 1st and will forward them as they are received as well. Please advise if you have any questions regarding this correspondence.
