May 1, 2023 "Explosive Artifact" at LUMA Office in Puerto Rico (Federal Bureau of Investigation)

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Additionally, through my own reporting, I confirmed with the Puerto Rico Police Department that the artifacts and documents related to it were handed over to the FBI on or around May 2, 2023.

Therefore, I request the following records:

1) Any communications, emails, text messages, and attachments concerning an item resembling the artifact found near the offices of LUMA Energy in Guayama, Puerto Rico on May 1, 2023. Please included any communications and attachments between FBI personnel, as well as those exchanged with local Puerto Rican agencies, such as the Puerto Rico Police Department or the Municipality of Guayama.

2) Any after action reports or documentation created in response to the aforementioned incident. These should include but are not limited to write ups, executive summaries, and complaints.

3) Any pictures or videos produced in response to the aforementioned incident.

This request is for all records produced from April 30, 2023 to the date this request is processed.

This request is not being made for commercial purposes. I am a Puerto Rican journalist and all responsive records will be used in the course of reporting about May Day actions in Puerto Rico.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
