Any and all records from the past year regarding your nuisance property ordinance that will be referred to as ordinance in this request but could be known (but not limited to) as Property Maintenance Code as described in Chapter 15.12 of the city code.
Please provide any and all written records (including but not limited to hard-copy documents, memos, emails, word processor documents, PDF documents, PowerPoint files, images files, video files etc.) regarding the Ordinance including but not limited to:
• police calls, reports, citations, or arrests, collected by the municipality police department for the purpose of enforcing the ordinance
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Upon review of your request, we have found that Property Maintenance Code covers a wide range of items. Please be aware that due to the scope of our search capabilities, you might be charged for items that may not be directly related to your query.  I have attached some information regarding the Crime Free Housing Program which may satisfy your request. If you still feel you would like to obtain more information, please respond to the questions below.

In response to your request for calls, arrests, citations, etc. Could you please provide a desired time frame for this information? Once we obtain that information from you, we can assess the time required to compile the information and provide an estimate for this portion of the request.

In response to your request for emails, document, memos, etc., a search would need to be conducted in our email archive system which requires a date range and key phrases, names, or email addresses to search. Which search parameters would you like us to use to conduct this search? Once we run that search and receive the quantity of records, we can provide an estimate for that portion of the request.

The City of Henderson maintains an Open Data portal that allows you to search for items related to Property Maintenance Code or any term you deem relevant. A search for the phrase "Property Maintenance Code" in the last year returned three meetings with agenda packets, thousands of pages of information and attachments.
