Good Evening:

Ms. Heather Akers-Healy, this is in reference to your U.S. General Services
Administration (GSA) Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request (GSA number
273089) dated Thursday August 7, 2014, in which you requested the following
records:

"Contracts, agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and correspondence or
communications with the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), and any
documents referring to the above. CNAS has contracting locations at 1152
15th Street NW Ste 950, Washington, DC 20005-1740 and 1301 Pennsylvania Ave
Nw Ste 403, Washington, DC 20004-1733. Their DUNS number is 801194288 and
their CAGE code is 4VKW7."

After a thorough search our Subject Matter Expects, Mr.Phillip Oyoo,
responded that we found contract no. identified as GS10F0419X; we also
found that none of the GSA regions have any delivery orders under this
IDV (Indefinite
delivery vehicle (identified as an “IDV” in FPDS). Examples of IDVs include
the following:
(A) Task and Delivery Order Contracts (see Subpart 16.5), including—
(1) Government-wide acquisition contracts.
(2) Multi-agency contracts.
(B) GSA Federal supply schedules.
(C) Blanket Purchase Agreements (see 13.303).
(D) Basic Ordering Agreements (see 16.703).
(E) Any other agreement or contract against which individual orders or
purchases may be placed.

Would you please tell me specifically what information you are seeking.
Additional information will be very helpful. If what I have provided
satisfies this request, please let me know.

I am the subject matter expert dealing with your FOIA request. I've
reviewed the emails you have exchanged with Toni Slappy of our FOIA office.

Please call me to discuss this request.

I want to get a better understanding of the focus of your request and email
is very inefficient for this purpose. Also, much of the information you
appear to be interested is available online and I can walk you through
those sources.

Contract GS-10F-0419X is a Multiple Award Schedule contract for MOBIS
(Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services). Orders are issued by
individual Federal agencies during the life of the contract and are not
identified in the solicitation or contract award documents.

I work on the West Coast, so I will be taking lunch in about an hour.
