This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the FBI's files on the website 8Chan.
I also request a copy of communications between the FBI's Cyber Crimes division and staff and volunteers of the website 8CHan, including but not limited to emails to and from the 8chan.net and staff in that division.
The existence of these communications and files was implied by a blog post discussing this relationship posted here:

Please search any "cross-referenced" records relevant to this individual.
Please also search “ELSUR” (Electronic Surveillance) records.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
