To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents, including and especially contracts and technical specifications, for facial recognition devices, scanners, and similar deployed at Newark Airport and created by Idemia.

Please provide all SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and detailed technical specifications for the facial recognition program at Newark Terminal B.

I am particularly interested in the physical "off button" functionality that enables airline staff to "turn off" facial recognition devices at gates. (Per TSA press contact: airlines can turn off facial recognition devices at gates in Newark Terminal B if they wish to.) Please provide all documents relating to this particular and specific topic.

Please provide all contracts, all technical specification regarding devices deployed at Newark Terminal B. Furthermore, please provide all code running on the facial recognition scanners at Newark Terminal B, as well as a copy of all training data used in the facial recognition model.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
