Public Information Request: Navigate360 Policies

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The documents I am seeking include, but are not limited to:

1) Policies and Procedures: A copy of all policies and procedures for the use of Navigate360 or Social Sentinel that were active any time between 1/1/2019 and 3/27/2024.

2) Training Materials: Any training materials provided to staff about Navigate360 or Social Sentinel that were used any time between 1/1/2019 and 3/27/2024.

3) Audit or Compliance Reports: Any recent audit or compliance reports that assess the adherence to agency policies and procedures for Navigate360 or Social Sentinel that were produced any time between 1/1/2019 and 3/27/2024.

4) Records of Violations: Records or reports of any violations of agency policies and procedures for Navigate360 or Social Sentinel that occurred any time between 1/1/2019 and 3/27/2024.

5) Disciplinary Actions: Documentation of any disciplinary actions taken against individuals or departments for non-compliance with agency policies and procedures for Navigate360 or Social Sentinel between 1/1/2019 and 3/27/2024.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
