Dear Shreyas, Thank you for your request. The specified search terms were very helpful. I ran a search on our @seattle.gov email accounts for the entire department within the date range you specified. We have about 900 emails to review. Additionally, I have reached out to the Council offices for responsive records that they might have that are not on the City-assigned emails. This includes texts, memos and the rest. I did not reach out to the entire department because the likely custodians are the councilmembers and their staff.
