Enter the name of the business or the registry number and click the "Search for Business Name" button.
If you scroll down to the "Summary History" section - on the left side you will see a column that says "Image Available".
If you see an icon in the column, this is a document that you are currently able to view and print.
If not, you can order the document from our copies department at http://sos.oregon.gov/business/Pages/ordering-copies-and-certificates.aspx
Click on the blue "Copy" link to open the request form.
