I am seeking official documentation related to the employment history of the persons listed below:

Doug Hamilton
Richard Dotson
Jon H. Higgins
Specifically, I request the formal offer letter or employment agreement issued upon their commencement of the position. I am also interested in official documents regarding their departure, such as a resignation letter or termination notice.
Please provide the relevant documents, which specify their start and end dates (both in an MM/DD/YYYY format), and any other pertinent details relating to the type of separation, if they were internal/external to the Department, and if they were an acting/interim a temporary police chief.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
