Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any personnel record photos kept of GSP employee Jonathan Salcedo, such as a photo(s) that would be used in an employee index or yearbook to identify him visually and by name.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

On May 3, 2023, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation received your letter requesting GBI records relating to: Jonathan Salcedo. A search for the requested records was conducted.
Therefore, in accordance with O.C.G.A. 50-18-70(f) of the Open Records Act, you are hereby notified that based upon the information you have provided, we are unable to locate any records that are responsive to your request. GBI has no records of a Georgia State Patrol employee personnel file.
