Hello,

Apologies for my delay in responding to your denial of this request. After reviewing the cited statutes, I revise my request to de-identified, aggregate data from the PDMP database regarding Vimpat/lacosamide. As an example of what I could consider appropriate to fulfill this request, please see the attached table recently provided to me by Massachusetts.

Section 893.0551(2) exempts only certain personally identifiable information, such as a patient's name, address, telephone number, insurance information, and "'[a]ny other unique identifying information or number." That statute does not covered the kind of de-identified, aggregate data I am requesting.

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding my revised request.

Best,
Shawn
