Fairfax, VA - Filming police encounter (Fairfax County Sheriff)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

With respect to any incident on July 9, 2022 or July 10, 2022 at or near Bill Page Toyota at 2923 Annandale Rd, Falls Church, VA 22042:

1. Any video or audio recording, whether made by body-worn device or a vehicular device.

2. Any incident reports.

Further, please provide a copy of any policy or training concerning citizen recording of police officers.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
