FOIA Request for Austin Peay State University

I am submitting a request under the Tennessee Public Records Act for access to documents maintained by your institution.

In particular, we are submitting a commercial FOIA request to Austin Peay State University for an existing, already maintained electronic record (without copying, scanning, or printing) of purchase orders dated 2015-06-15 onward. The information requested is:

1. Purchase order number or equivalent
2. Purchase date
3. Line item details
4. Line item quantity
5. Line item price
6. Vendor ID number, name, address, contact person, and email address.

Importantly, a similar request was recently made by SmartProcure and you might already have files referencing this information.
