GA AG FOIA Request: Construction Companies

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all communications (electronic, hard copy, or otherwise), associated attachments, and related files sent to and from any employee, representative, or other officials of the Atlanta Attorney General’s Office and Brent Scarbrough & Company and Brasfield & Gorrie between January 1st, 2021, and the date on which this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
