2. Please provide the DPS employment offer extended to Stephanie Donner and all associate documents, background check, criminal questionnaire, etc.
3. Please provide all contracts to include money paid to consulting firms hired by Stephanie Donner since becoming the Executive Director at Emily Griffith Technical College on 6/07/2019
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

There is no "criminal background questionnaire" in either the application or offer process. Furthermore, all background checks are part of the reference process that includes review of Letters of Reference and reference checks. As such, those are part of the employee's Personnel File under CORA and not subject to disclosure.
